It is important to our clients that they receive great customer service. It’s also very important to us.
After all if you’re involved in a new build, conversion or extension you already have enough to worry about; stressing about the design and build of your kitchen shouldn’t add to the worries.
We are therefore proud of our reputation in giving our clients a personal, friendly and efficient service throughout the course of their project. In fact great customer service is deliberately built into the way we work.
From the moment we first meet we ensure every client and every project is allocated one project manager – the same project manager will be the client contact throughout.
Most of our clients have a vision for the design and look of their kitchen and home, we always allow clients to express their vision with client-led design and project management.
Our skill as designers is to translate the customers vision into fully realised bespoke furniture. We will never force our own opinion on a client, but will use our experience to make suggestions and guide when needed.
Using our specialist 3D CAD software Langstaff-Ellis clients are able to see how their furniture will look within their project prior to signing off the design.
Only when the client is happy and has signed-off their bespoke design will we begin to create their furniture.
The friendly and professional team at Langstaff-Ellis therefore make the whole journey from design to completion a happy and productive one.
Our customers know that we are genuinely passionate about getting every detail of their new furniture absolutely right – in fact we are usually much more demanding than they are, wanting perfection every time.
Our commitment to customer service extends right through to relentless quality checking, working with the client’s builder and into the instillation process, all managed by the same project manager.
We’re modest about our achievements, but we do love hearing the excellent feedback many of our clients give.
“We knew it was going to be a challenge creating a kitchen and living area that made the best use of our unusual space. After a few false starts we were lucky to be recommended to Langstaff-Ellis who worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted to achieve and who have made a wonderful job of remodelling the space to give us far more than we ever expected.”
