Period House Comission

Beaconsfield

This period English manor house was painstakingly reconstructed and created from the ground up incorporating our highly skilled carpentry throughout. It now presents some of our best work to date.

Our commission included the centrepiece staircase with its continuous handrail, tailored hall doors sitting in panelled pockets and a pair of very chic bookcases in the drawing room painted in Farrow & Ball Black Blue.

Langstaff-Ellis also designed the space in the utility room with bags of storage for wellies, washing and flower arranging! The highlight is the traditional plain shaker kitchen and dresser with industrial stainless steel counter tops, vintage light pendants and contrasting distressed oak Island giving it that New York urban feel.
